Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Tahun Anggaran 2023

Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (KPRI-ITS) pada Jumat, (08/03) menggelar Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Tahun Anggaran 2023 di Menara Sains Lantai 1. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh seluruh anggota, Badan Pekerja Rapat Anggota (BPRA KPRI-ITS), Ketua KPRI-ITS beserta jajarannya, Badan Pengawas KPRI-ITS, Sekretaris Institut, dan Rektor ITS selaku penasehat serta Perwakilan dari Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perdagangan Kota Surabaya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah sebagai bentuk laporan KPRI-ITS Tahun Anggaran 2023 dan pertanggungjawaban pengurus KPRI-ITS dan Badan Pengawas KPRI-ITS masa bakti 2021-2023 atas kinerjanya serta sekaligus pelantikan pengurus baru KPRI-ITS masa bakti tahun 2024-2026.

 

Kegiatan dibuka dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan dilanjutkan dengan sambutan – sambutan. Drs.Ec. Murtriyono, M.Si., Ketua Badan Pengawas KPRI-ITS dalam sambutannya, menyampaikan Badan Pengawas KPRI-ITS telah berusaha memberikan pengawasan sesuai dengan undang-undang dan AD-ART KPRI-ITS serta mohon pamit karena tahun ini adalah RAT terakhir Badan Pengawas KPRI-ITS masa bakti 2021-2023. Sambutan selanjutnya oleh Ketua pengurus KPRI-ITS Ibu Diana Ekawati, S.T menyampaikan bahwa pengurus KPRI-ITS terus berupaya memajukan koperasi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya.

Sejalan dengan sambutan Ketua pengurus KPRI-ITS Ibu Diana Ekawati, S.T, Rektor ITS, Prof. Dr. Ir. Mochamad Ashari, M.Eng. juga menyampaikan upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota KPRI-ITS melalui program- program yang dilakukan oleh KPRI-ITS. Beliau juga mendukung koperasi untuk turut serta dalam hilirisasi produk ITS dan mengembangkan sektor bisnis yang ada di ITS

Melangkah pada acara inti yaitu Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Tahun Anggaran 2023 yang dipimpin oleh perwakilan anggota KPRI-ITS Mochamad Arief Boedilaksono, S.Si. dan notulensi oleh Fedwi Aminullah. RAT diawali dengan penyampaian laporan KPRI-ITS Tahun Anggaran 2023 oleh Diana Ekawati, S.T, selaku Ketua KPRI-ITS. Dalam rapat ini disampaikan Laporan Pengurus dan Badan Pengawas KPRI ITS masa Bakti 2023 yang kemudian ditanggapi oleh audiens. Dalam rapat tersebut menyampaikan terkait progres K1 Mart, perluasan usaha dan sisa hasil usaha tahun 2023.

Serangkaian kegiatan rapat ditutup dengan pembacaan keputusan RAT KPRI-ITS Tahun 2023 oleh Mochamad Arief Boedilaksono, S.Si. selaku pimpinan rapat dan foto bersama. Di akhir kegiatan terdapat pembagian doorprize kepada seluruh anggota KPRI-ITS yang hadir.
